Inscription
Pour pouvoir s'inscrire au club, il est nécessaire de remplir les conditions suivantes :
Pour les ados et les adultes :
- Avoir 12 ans (pour les enfants 8 ans)
- Un certificat médical d’absence de contre-indication (CACI) à la plongée sous marine de moins d'un an délivré par un médecin en utilisant le formulaire fédéral avec ses contre indications.
- Se reporter aux instructions fédérales du certificat (CACI)
Les différents documents requis sont disponibles dans la section documents du site.
Aucune inscription ne sera prise en compte sans la totalité des documents requis.
